What shipping methods are available?

At TKC, we understand that waiting time can be a concern. That's why we offer a single standard shipping. This shipping has an estimated delivery time of between 7 and 18 business days. We know that it may seem a bit long, but we believe that the wait is worth it! In addition, our shipments are international, so you can enjoy our products from anywhere in the world.

 

Where is my order?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a unique tracking number for your order. With this number, you will be able to track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouses until it arrives at your doorstep. We will keep you informed via your email, where you will receive the tracking number and updates on the status of your shipment. 

 

How long will it take to customize my order?

If you have chosen to personalize your order, we ask that you please be patient. The customization process may take an additional 4-6 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once customization is complete, we will send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your order at all times. We appreciate your patience and look forward to shipping your personalized item to you.

 

My order has not arrived, it is still in transit. What do I do?

We fully understand your excitement about receiving your order, and at TKC we are committed to making the tracking process as easy as possible for you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link where you can see the latest updates on the location of your package. We ask that you be patient and wait until the estimated delivery date.

If for any reason there is a delay, don't worry. Tracking information will provide you with details about the current location of your package and possible causes of the delay. If after 15 business days from shipment you still have not received your order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

 

My order has not arrived and the tracking indicates that it has been delivered.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order, but it is important that you take into account some conditions so that the return is processed satisfactorily:


  • The deadline to request a refund is up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

  • Shipping the products back to our warehouses will be your responsibility, which means you will have to cover the return shipping costs.

  • It is essential that the products you wish to return are in their original condition and in their original packaging. This will ensure that we can process the return efficiently.

Once we have completed the return process, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, we suggest you check with the courier to ensure that the package has reached us safely.

Please note that some returns may experience longer than usual processing times. In these cases, we ask that you allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Please be assured that we are working diligently to process your return quickly and accurately.

Can I return a personalized item?

Yes! We're happy to help if you've received a personalised item that you're not happy with. However, please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. How do I wash the products?


To keep your products in top condition, we recommend following these care instructions:

• Always wash t-shirts inside out to protect any customization.
• Avoid washing t-shirts with other types of clothing to prevent damage.
• Wash shirts and shorts separately, unless they are the same colour.
• We recommend hand washing with cold water to preserve maximum product quality.
• We recommend washing them as little as possible to prolong their durability.
• Never mix light and dark colours to avoid colour transfer.
• Avoid washing cotton with polyester in the same wash to maintain the integrity of the garments.
• Do not tumble dry personalized gear; heat can damage the artwork.
• Iron at a low temperature and never directly on the artwork to avoid damaging it.

Important:
Avoid using fabric softeners, 3-in-1 detergents, and sodium percarbonate stain removers, as they can affect the quality and durability of your products.

 

How do I know if I have ordered the correct size?
